Who?
- We currently use UPS for all our package shipments
 
How much?
- We do not charge a minimum order fee
- The cost of shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and from the Cart page you can estimate your shipping charges. We do not mark up our freight charges, so you pay what we pay.
- On some types of orders over 200 pounds we have special "Hundred Weight" pricing with UPS. Hundred Weight shipping offers substantial savings and has the same service features as UPS Ground
 
How Long?
- Most orders placed before 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) will be shipped same day
- Items will arrive based on the shipping method selected. You can find a UPS Ground Map Here
  
What Else You Need To Know? 
-Items marked as Ground Shipping Only (ex. Quickcheck Indicating Spray) can only be shipped via. UPS Ground. If you choose a method other than UPS Ground these items will be shipped UPS Ground and your other items will be shipped via. your selected method 
-We do not ship to PO Boxes
 
Promotional Free Ground Shipping Terms
 
Free Ground Shipping ships by UPS Ground or similar service and transit time is between 1 to 7 days. Free Ground Shipping valid on orders shipped to addresses in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
 
 
Returns

Vacalon Company Inc offers the following return policies.
 
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for unopened merchandise. Return merchandise that is unused, yet the packaging is opened and contains no defects, will be charged an extra 10% repackaging fee and is subject to inspection of the products before return will be processed. If the merchandise is shown to have been used it can not be accepted for return.
 
If within 30 days of purchase your goods have a manufacturing related defect we will replace your item with a new product. If your exact product is no longer available we will replace your product with a current version of equal or greater value.
 
No returns will be accepted 30 days from invoice date.
 
Orders canceled or refused after the order has been processed and shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 
In all cases an RMA# must be obtained before returning ANY merchandise. You may obtain an RMA# by sending an e-mail with your invoice number and short explanation of problem to store@vacalon.com or by calling 800.729.8192.
 
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Vacalon’s warehouse for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or DHL. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
 
Please note that merchandise returned without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to sender.
