Vacalon ProLine LX Dipping Wax is a slightly harder dipping wax than the other ProLine Dipping Waxes, but has increased carving and scraping characteristics. It has a slight amount of flexibility to insure precise copings and to avoid cracking or brittleness. ProLine LX Dipping Wax is perfect as a basecoat for inlays, onlays and full contour wax patterns. 
 
Vacalon’s three different ProLine Dipping Waxes offer a complete range of characteristics to meet the demands of any technician. Formulated using the finest raw materials, ProLine Dipping Waxes do not contain resins or ash, allowing them to burn out cleanly.
  • Copings are virtually crush resistant while maintaining dimensional accuracy
  • Produces a smooth even coat that accurately replicates the details of the die
  • No plastics, resins or other materials that make wax gummy and hard to work with
  • Upon cooling the wax is easy to carve and does not become brittle
  • Excess wax can easily be trimmed off, resulting in sharp and accurate margins
  • Highly stable thanks to minimal shrinkage and contraction
