The M Series of porcelain palettes utilizes a special reusable metal filter, complete with micro-pores, as the top layer and working surface of the palette. The metal filter is placed on top of a special absorption paper, and beneath the absorption paper sits the porous ceramic base surrounded by a reservoir. The reservoir is filled with distilled water or modeling liquid, such as Vacalon’s Cera-Mix. First, it is absorbed into the ceramic base, then into the absorption paper and finally through the metal filter. This thin metal filter works in coordination with the special absorption paper to regulate the humidity, providing the perfect amount of moisture and also providing an ultra-smooth surface that is friendly to brushes of all types. The metal filter does not need replacing and the absorption paper can be reused multiple times. The Ez-SingleM has been designed to be used alone, or in conjunction with other palettes. It offers one circular mixing surface, as wells as 6 wells to use as you see fit. Its compact size makes it a great choice for in office use, or to for special types of powder.
