The drill is only able to start when the plaster arch is positioned and the lower part of the drill table is elevated.

As with all G-Concept Devices, the G1 provides cleanliness of the machine, laboratory and your models by offering a rear port for connection to external suction. With devices that drill from the underside problems arise when when the drill holes and the device become contaminated with drilling dust. The external suction allows the pins to be inserted immediatly after drilling.

The G1 allows drill changes without opening of the device and without any tools. this was resolved with a new ALS (Auto Lock System) for the drill insertion. The direct drill depth calibration is operated comfortably with the outside turn button. A laser point on the model indicated the optimal drill postion.
