Consistent, uniform coating on every application

ProLine Die Spacers are advanced paint-on materials that provide users with a consistent, uniform coating with every application. They are specially formulated using advanced polymers that create a strong bond to virtually any surface, helping to avoid peeling or cracking.

Technicians can easily control the thickness by choosing the appropriate spacer for their needs. The gold and silver spacers create a 6 micron layer per coat, while the blue, red, yellow and clear spacers create a 12 micron layer per coat. With their uniform feel and consistency complete control over the application is possible, without running or clumping. All colors have a 15 second set time and a recommended 30 second dry time between coats.
