Strengthens dies for increased resistance to chipping

ProLine Model and Die Conditioner is a resinous liquid that completely permeates gypsum to create models that are resistant to chipping and abrasion. As it is applied, the liquid penetrates the surface filtering through and filling the microscopic pores of the gypsum. As it fills the voids in the gypsum, it fuses all of the particles together, working from the inside out to strengthen the surface of the die.

Normally ProLine Model and Die Conditioner is used after the die has been trimmed, but before the die spacer is applied. This ensures that even the most delicate areas are protected throughout the remainder of the restorative process. In addition, die spacers will have a superior bond to the die, helping to avoid cracking and flaking.
  • Resinous liquid that can be used on all stones and plasters
  • Hardens, seals, waterproofs and strengthen models and dies
  • Reinforces margins, making them resistant to chipping and cracking
  • Completely permeates into the gypsum and will not change the dimensions of the die
  • Improves the accuracy of wax modellations and marginal fit
To extend the shelf life and for more consistent results we recommended only using the 8 oz bottle to refill smaller brush bottles.
