ProLine Wax Prep gives technicians a systematic approach to ensure that their wax patterns are free of substances that can lead to problematic results. Wax patterns can pickup residues, oils and debris from separating solutions, normal handling or bench top surfaces. If these substances are not removed before investing they can be replicated in the casting or pressing.

Wax Prep is a special solution formulated to clean and condition dental waxes. It acts as an emulsifier, helping to remove unwanted residues from the interior and exterior surfaces of the wax pattern. The results are smoother, cleaner castings and pressings, with sharp accurate margins.

The specialized jar acts as a cleansing bath for wax patterns. Plus, the jar is a convenient place to safely store and protect wax patterns from environmental factors before they are to be used. The jar has a custom basket that allows patterns to be immersed and removed from the solution with ease. The Wax Prep Kit also comes with a soft brush that can be used to lightly scrub stubborn residues.
